We believe in the profound power of energy healing to restore balance and harmony. Our practice foundation is rooted in the ancient wisdom of Reiki and expands into deeper exploration with the higher self offering a supported healing journey for your mind and spirit designed by way of co-creation.
In addition to our 1:1 and community offerings, we offer Usui Reiki levels 1, 2, and mastery courses.
Meet the team:
Emily is an Usui Reiki Master, grid pillar, and anchor for zero point. Emily is a quantum channel here to witness, co-create, and harmonize energy in the highest integrity and love for all. She works with universal life force energy, Mother Earth, source, angelic, ascended masters, and crystalline frequencies to uplift all who cross her path. Emily’s embodiment activates remembrance within those she works with, bringing out the divine nature of the soul.
Integrative practices are key when working alongside Emily, she spends additional time in this space to support longevity of energetic expansion.
She is passionate about meeting individuals where they are at in their journey and is able to balance her gifts across the full spectrum - all are welcome here! Her approach to healing begins with the emotional and light body, cascading out to the physical. She is always honored to witness the light within you and be a part of your homecoming journey.

Reiki
Reiki is a healing art that channels universal life force energy to harmonize the emotional, physical, and mental body with the soul. By connecting to the recipient’s higher self, the practitioner supports recalibration, emotional release, harmonization, clarity, and physical restoration. This session will be 60 minutes and can be conducted virtually or in-person, session setting selections will be available upon check-out.
Quantum Restoration
Explore the quantum and co-create an authentic experience focused around your intention alongside Emily. Emily will connect with your higher self and guides to journey together into the quantum. Bring your intention and inner child to this session as well as an openness and willingness to receive from all those who stand beside you in the light. Sessions may focus on harmonization, coherence, balance, clearing, and more. This session will be 60 minutes and will be conducted virtually.
Monthly Community Container
Come as you are and enter this container of play, joy, and love! If you are looking for a community of like-minded individuals and are excited to explore together, we welcome you to join us in our communal container. Themes will vary monthly, please visit the blog to learn more. Container may be a meditation, conversation, or teaching lasting 60-90 minutes.
The only rule in this space is to maintain integrity and respect for others.
Sacred Learning: Reiki Levels 1, 2, and Mastery
Reiki Level 1: The First Degree
Reiki Level 2: The Practitioner
Reiki Level 3: The Master
Open your connection to universal life force energy. This immersion is for anyone ready to initiate their personal healing journey. In level 1, you will master self-healing techniques, gain insights into a variety of integration methods, and connect with your authentic self.
Level 1 is typically conducted in a small group setting, allowing opportunity to give and receive with others.
Deepen your spiritual awareness and open the path to sending healing across space and time. Level 2 introduces powerful symbols that expand your capacity for emotional and distance healing.
We will continue our focus on integration methods to support self and clients throughout their journey.
Level 2 is typically conducted 1:1 with the teacher, advanced concepts are introduced and the individualized class creates ample time for all concepts to land.
Arrive fully home to yourself and reach the pinnacle of Reiki training. This level is for those who wish to live a life of spiritual mastery and perhaps attune others to the sacred art of Reiki.
Level 3 is typically conducted 1:1 with the teacher, with a focus on mastering all symbols and the attunement rituals.
Healing Anywhere
We offer flexible healing sessions that bridge the gap between physical distance and spiritual presence. We currently are primarily offering remote sessions with a handful of in-person opportunities. We are hoping to expand our in-person offerings in the near-term!
Remote sessions are equally as powerful as our in-person sessions and allow us the opportunity to co-create with so many despite physical location!
Remote sessions can be recorded by request making it easy to return to a session for future continued integration.
Booking & Cancellations
Advance booking is required for all appointments to ensure our schedule remains available for your healing journey.
We offer a 48-hour cancellation window. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment are non-refundable.
