Energy Body - The Chakras and so much more

Everything alive is vibrating. Don’t take my word for it…just ask Albert Einstein.
Each living thing has a resonant or home frequency. Which simply means that each of us has a preferred, healthy level of vibration. When we find our resonant frequency, we can match it through sound. Through that sound we can expand the energy and enhance our health and wellbeing.
Through a variety of factors such as lifestyle choices, stress, etc our vibration level shifts, taking us away from our body’s home frequency and we all have a need to return home. Delaying the return home opens us up to emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical unhealth.
Each cell of the body is an energy source, as are the chakras.
Chakras are the concentrated energy centers of the body. Chakras have the responsibility of taking in, incorporating and emanating energy to keep us functioning at optimal levels. When chakras are blocked, illness is more prone to occur. For example, if you are feeling depressed, it could be that you are not taking in the maximum amount of energy to fulfill your needs. If we do not nourish our bodies with proper food and nutrients, then we may take insufficient energy. If we block feelings such as anger, or do not speak our truth, we may unconsciously impede our healthy energy flow.
The bottom line is that the more we feed our energy body with a high degree of positively charged energy, the healthier our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.
We all have the power to promote health by engaging in a few fundamental practices.
Sound / Harmonic Healing. Simply, the act of listening to music is a highly effective practice in bringing your body back to healthy vibration. While this is a complex topic, begin simply by listening to music that is makes you feel better. To Albert Einstein’s point, listen to music that makes you feel like you have achieved the reality you are striving toward. For example, if you are having difficulty sleeping, listen to music which helps you to feel relaxed and sleepy. Allow the music to play as you drift off. Perhaps you already have relaxing music on your playlist, or on a favorite app. If not, check out YouTube for “healing frequencies” and select one that “feels” the best. Don’t over think it. Your body knows what it needs, you have only to listen to it. If you are still struggling to select the “right” music, I recommend starting with 528 HZ, which is a powerful DNA restoring frequency and is quite relaxing.
Gratitude. Taking time each day to reflect on and express gratitude for the positive things in your life will positively shift energy. Whether great or small, there are many wonderful things in your life which we often overlook, focusing instead on the negative. Law of attraction teaches us that we manifest what we focus upon. Expressing gratitude shifts focus and energy to the positive and invites manifestation of positivity. Whether you chose to write a gratitude journal or simply express gratitude aloud, it is important to shift the energy by saying “thank you” aloud.
Your own voice. As mentioned above, the most powerful tool in your energy healing tool box is your voice. Sing! Speak up, ask for what you need, say thank you. Your voice is frequency. Using your voice to speak in love, in truth and in gratitude will positively shift your energy.
